I get an incredible amount of inspiration and insight , from so many people here.
Reading success stories is wonderful.
BUT reading about struggles really helps me.
It reminds me that , others are facing the same issues I do.
I’m not unique , on my journey , and if I just read what others share , I’ll gain so much.

An example is a thread about Thai food . I took notes from others and really soaked in a lot of information.

I’m 54 .
I watched as 2 of my coworkers passed away (September 2022) due to poor health.
It really shook me up and made me do some deep thinking.
I changed my diet and my lifestyle.

I joined the gym , have lost 40 pounds, have gone from a 42” waist to a 32”.
If I don’t go to the gym , I feel like I forgot to do something.

I quit being intimidated at the gym.
I realized that people weren’t looking at me, they were looking thru me on their journey.
Just like I happened to look at them.

I realized that most people truly want you to succeed.
They want to see you do better.

Once again thank you all for sharing your stories.
