Looking for one daily accountability buddy

Hi,

I am 46 year old woman, professor, 2 kids. I have lost 20lbs so far and I need to lose another at least 30, possibly as much as 50, because of a heath condition. I need to lose it pretty fast and I need to eat a completely non-processed diet very high in unsaturated fat but low in saturated fat and carbs. This is hard. I need a friend to trouble shoot with me, share experiences and help me stay on track. Happy to do the same for them.

    I’m restarting again today (need to get my act together) - a few years older at 52 but will be following Keto way of eating. I’d like to lose around 2.5 stone initially.

    I could do with an accountability buddy too 😊

    I'm a 40-something, a previous professor, and I've been following high-protein and low-carb meal plans. I lost something like 65 lbs (and kept it off for two years).

    It's going to take about three to six months. There's no getting around that.

    How much do you cook food? That's the only way you consume non-processed food. Add me!

    An accountability buddy is great! I lost over 50 lbs following keto and it was the easiest thing I've done! (and I tried lots!!) I love keto for both the weight loss and anti-inflammatory aspect. I'm now more "low carb" and try to stay under 50 grams of net carbs now since I'm close to my maintenance weight again (I gained a bit back during the pandemic due to high stress working in health care...)
