Ive been losing weight for the past few weeks, about 0.5-1.5kg a week, depending if I do exercise. Its going good. I'm not planning on taking it fast. Its unhealthy to do crash diets and lose weight too fast. I don't feel confident, and I wish it could've gone faster because I know I will feel better about myself, but you cant rush something good or it doesn't work out. I have to admit, I don't like looking at myself that much yet, even tho I have lost weight, but I know with perseverance I will get there, no matter how hard it is at the moment.

You are right! Keep going!
I have to say, 1.5kg a week is QUITE fast. I am hoping much of that was water weight and that you are not losing much muscle.
Just curious what rate of weight loss you were expecting/hoping for?
Keep it up and after a while you will be very glad you did. I lost 0.3kg per week over six months and it was well worth it. Great work, keep going!2 -

You're doing great! Look at the big picture... if you lose .5 pounds per week, at the end of a year, you'd be 24 pounds lighter than you were. That's better than the alternative of not losing or even gaining.0 -

@sollyn23l2 you may have misread this, as I did at first. The OP is referring to kg, not pounds, so is losing 1.1 - 3.3 pounds per week.
@Katz890928 how many pounds do you have to lose total? An average of 2 pounds per week might be fine for you, or it might be overly aggressive.2 -

Yep, ah well.0 -
Hi!
I think you could go faster / rush it, if your health allows it, you have consulted with GP and there are no risks. Might be hard.0
