Hi, I live in Ireland and in past few years I spoiled myself… and became lazy consequence are more kg and minor health issues raised from inappropriate lifestyle. I work shifts which bring me difficulty to have steady metabolism and regular meals… so health coach advised me to start track my daily food intake and see what is the key area to improve gut and wellbeing… so let’s see where will this lead me
