Brew it yourself at whatever strength you want and then keep it in the fridge.

That’s what I do—just a cold brew and let it get stronger the longer it sits. Of course, anything caffeinated doesn’t last too long in my house!

For ten days in a row go to bed at 10:00 p.m., even on Friday and Saturday nights. I just tried it, and it is clearly better for energy than trying to sleep less and caffeinate.

    P.S. I love love <3 coffee <3 too.

That’s not true across the board. I’d be wrecked and exhausted if I stayed up til 10 at night. Unless I could sleep in til 9 or 10, which isn’t feasible in my life. I don’t even know if that would be true halfway across the board. Other than my night owl mother, most of my friends roll into bed about 9 too. We can’t be that much of an outlier.

Sleep is key, but a broadly applied specific bedtime isn’t.
