Nausea from running

Okay, this make be to much info, but whatever so I'm new to this whole jogging/running scene. I've always done ellipticals and swimming for cardio because of my knees. But does anyone else feel like they just want to puke after running? I never actually do throw up, but there's always a few minutes when I'm really unsure. I just feel so nauseated afterwards, I've tried eating and hydrating at different times before and after my run, but nothing seems to help if I go for a serious run. Do y'all get this too? Does anything help you? Or do I just need to get over it and deal with it? Lol.

It happens if I push waaaaaay past a normal workout.
Your body is getting used to the running.
Cut back on distance or speed a bit and see if it doesn't make the nausea go away.
You should not be getting like that after every single run.
Only once in a while if you really really pushed yourself.
You may be pushing your body harder than you think0
