Thought I'd link a couple. Reason being I am starting to really feel the changes happening and hey. Why not?

Starting:

30lbs and 3 months in.

I can see a real change in my face. Also most of my clothes are now loose instead of being skin tight. I've still got a long way to go but I thought this was a good start.

    Thanks for all the positive messages, I keep noticing little things that make me happy, for example those tight trousers now falling off me :) been training pretty hard, so far am happy with my results and another 4lbs off in the past week and a bit. slowly slowly.
