Back on the wagon

Just wanted to post a note for accountability, I managed to lose 2 stones early this year using the app and macro management, I have a focus issue, once I lose the habit, its hard to get it back on track.

I've got some health challenges and don't want my diet to compound it, so here I am, hopefully starting on the right track, I'll check in here with some of the fantastic posts and keep my motivation going.

If I can plan, I can do it. I'm travelling this afternoon and will be hungry/craving carbs for dinner. Ill stop at the local Tesco and grab one of those Kobo boxes, cold chicken and rice salad full of beans and pulses, they are tasty and healthy.
