I am new to this platform and an old fellow (73). I am trying to loose about 26 kg and in the first week i have lost 1.5 kg. I live alone so I need to convince myself to stick to 1500 calories a day. So far i have been over most days by a little. While I have weight coming off it will be easier to stick with it. I am going to have one day a fortnight where I have too many snacks. I need to feed the sweet deamon or I will give up.
