Hi! I’m Leslie and I’m a high school biology teacher. I’m looking to lose some weight and get in better shape. I’m loving this app so far but I’m only using the calorie/cardio tracker so far. I’m excited to learn more about this app!

    Hi Leslie. I’m a retired English teacher. Using this app to track your food and exercise is the best thing you can do to lose weight. Since I started doing the same thing, I have lost 30 pounds. There are a lot of good community groups on this app that you can join as well. The people are very supportive and willing to help answer any questions you might have
