Hi,
I am looking for foods that are high fat but low saturated fat. Avocados and chia seeds are great examples but I need others. Ideas? Thanks

If your looking to increase fat in your diet then extra virgin olive oil or a virgin avocado oil would be the easiest and when everything is said and done, probably the less calorific gram for gram as well.0

Oil other than that made from coconut or palm.
