Hi. I am looking to lose 15lbs as a starting goal. Im im the central time zone. Mother of 3. I am a teacher. I've gotten into gardening and I plan on cutting back on meat. In 2020, I lost 25lbs but I gained it back during the time frame of the last year in a half while in grad school. So, Im back at it again. I would like an accountability check in partner for maybe 2-3 times a week. I am looking forward to the end results!
