One week tracking challenge with prize for those of us who are obese.

This challenge is for those of us who are obese (BMI over 30). The only rule is to track everything and stay below your calorie goal for one week. This is really the only thing we can fully control. Please post your starting weight and BMI and then each day post your calories and if you stayed below your goal. Also, post one thing you are grateful for. On the last day, please post how much you lost for the seven days.

Challenge starts July 20. Assuming anyone actually joins and finishes the challenge, I will randomly pick one of the finishers and send them a $10 walgreens card to buy something to pamper themselves with.

So, in summary:
1. DAY 1: weight, BMI, calories eaten, calorie goal, something you are grateful for.
2. Day2-6: calories eaten, calorie goal, something you are grateful for.
3. Day 7: weight, calories eaten, calorie goal, something you are grateful for
4. Day 8: check back to see if you won and if you did, send me your information so I can send you the gift card.

If you don't live by a walgreens, sorry:( This challenge might not be for you. Or you can elect to let me donate your gift card to my local food pantry which is by a walgreens.

Today is a practice day for anyone who wants to start right away.
