I love Ethan's videos! This incorporates the use of a food scale, shows cooking techniques, includes macros, and links to the recipes. I already have an Italian-ish chicken pasta salad in my repertoire and am going to tweak the dressing based on this recipe.

    My dietary religion says I should avoid anything I can't pronounce, and I for sure can't pronounce "Chleblowski'. (JK, couldn't resist, sorry.)

    The tofu one looks good. Well, they all look good, but that's the one I'd eat. ;)

    I made the mayo/chipotle chicken today - so tender! Yum!

    There was a lot of salt in the marinade - he said to use 1% of the weight of the raw chicken (his chicken weighed 500 grams so he uses 5 g of salt) but I couldn't bring myself to use that much salt this time. Since it wasn't too salty, I'll try it next time. (It might be too much salt without the spice and fat, however.)
