Hey everyone. I recently restarted my fitness journey to achieve my goal physique. When Covid shut the gyms down it halted all my progress. But I'm back! Been going strong for 9 months in the gym and 7 months on the diet. Gained 15 lbs of muscle and have lost a total of 60 pounds with 40 more to go to achieve 19 percent body fat, which has always been a goal of mine! Shoot me a message for anything at all!
