Mid 70's and weight loss

Back to MFP, I think this may work best, have tried the others and just and maintained to high a weight. Should loose 20 or 10% to feel better. Have a new fitness watch and it's connected finally so no excuses. I even tried Optavia, no food for a while but fround it uninteresting and the pounds come right back. Real food is the way to go.
