Didn’t expect any change within one day. Today was an active rest day with a 40 minute Yoga flow with Cole Change (YogaTX) and going on a walk with my dogs, Yuma Jean and Josey Wales.
7/24: 189.4#
Started the morning of at 5:30 with a 15 minute stationary bike. Ate well throughout the day, and finished the evening with a weight training session. All in all—a good day.
