    A piece of low cal flatbread (I tear the Joseph's Lavash bread into fourths for this) with a tablespoon of peanut butter to make a little roll-up. About 120 cal and has some fat and protein. Nice because it holds up well without refrigeration. Way cheaper than a protein bar for us frugal folks.

    Try frozen fruits! Frozen mangoes are my favorites! There’s also frozen strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, you can also put it in a blender with skim milk or yogurt or juice.
