Into my second week and feeling confident I can maintain this..

Was 17 st 4 lb and now down to 16 st 10 lb.

I'm finding I can regularly come in under my 1800 calories a day target and im adding about 400 cals worth of cardio most days.

I was wondering if there are any foods I should add that may aid fat burning and weight reduction?

I make smoothies at home so I can monitor what goes into them. The best thing I find for making smoothies at home is frozen fruit. You and stock up on a lot of different kinds. Mix what you thing will be good and since you not playing $10 for one if your combo doesn't do it for you, you can throw it away and start over. I also like using Greek yoghurt when making smoothies, it's thicker and i find creamier which makes for a good smoothie.
Here a smoothie I make last night.

    1cup- skim milk
    1-cup- vanilla yoghurt
    1-cup frozen strawberries
I put them in the blender in that order and blended until it looked smooth. Tasted Delish!!

I use a small individual blender which has a travel cup built in, but if you don't have one like this I recommend, one of those plastic cups that has the screw top and a straw. You can then bring your favourite smoothies out with you. Smoothies can also be frozen after they are make into smaller cups and when put into a lunch bag are thawed by lunch time.
