Fast Metabolism Diet

Has anyone tried this eating plan? We are starting it offically tomorrow. We did a mock week to get used to it and so far so good. I lost 4 lbs this week and have more energy, but that could be because I gave up caffiene and my body is releasing toxins. (I was a 2 pot a day coffee drinker) It's how my wife and I ate when we first started, but stricter on the "no processed" piece. Hasn't changed our food budget, so that's good. Actually saving money by not buying coffee.
