    Racing season is winding down for me. One short (sprint) distance triathlon remaining, so it's just 3 bikes, 2 runs, 2 swims per week for the next month. No real long sessions since I'm still recovering from a longer race in early July.

    I'm also starting to jump rope as a supplemental low impact cardio activity. Will resume more structured strength sessions with a trainer in late August.

    I train 7 days week:

    Monday- 30 min run/walk (intervals), lifting for shoulders, kickboxing instruction 60 min
    Tuesday- 30 min treadmill walk, chest workout, kickboxing instruction 60 min
    Wednesday- 30 min run/walk, biceps
    Thursday- 30 min treadmill walk, back, kickboxing instruction 60 min
    Friday- 30 min run/walk, triceps
    Saturday- 30 min treadmill walk, quads
    Sunday- 30 min treadmill walk, hamstrings

    This has been my schedule for like the last 10 years.
