I have been eating 1600 calories a day since April of this year I have so far lost almost 22 lb well all of a sudden I haven't lost a single ounce in over a week since June 15th I have been at the same way I'm still doing the same physical activity that I'm able to do with my health conditions and I've actually been eating anywhere from 100 to 300 calories less than my daily intake because I've been very sick to my stomach and not feeling well the past week you would think that that would make me lose weight not stay the same. Any insight on what I need to do to start losing again I am far far away from my goal yet!

You've been sick. Your body probably holds onto extra water due to inflammation response. That's not body fat but a normal response of your body to react to the sickness. Give your body time to heal. Maybe even eat at maintenance if you can stomach it to give your body a chance to get better. Once you're better then start again.
Btw, well done so far!5 -
The last week is irrelevant. You may have retained water while sick. Your exercise and NEAT may have been lower than usual.3

It isn't a plateau until it's been about 6 weeks. You were just sick, that causes inflammation which causes water weight. Be patient.1
