Reintroduction

Hi, I’m Angie. I’m (oh so) close to 53 years old.
My goal this week is to just log my food, all of it, honestly. And then start to make necessary adjustments to reach my goals of losing fat and building lean muscle.
I am a former WW member. So this will be a learning experience for me.
My favorite fitness podcast is rock that fitness with Anna Rockstar. She is the motivation behind my leaving WW and learning about macros and calories.
I’d like some friends on MFP to cheer me on. And I’d like to cheer on others struggling to have a better relationship with food and fitness.
My workout routines are at home routines using mostly Tony Horton DVDs
I live in a farming community. Mostly dairy farmers. Along with sugar beets, grain, and potatoes. Our family enjoys outdoors sports such as hunting and fishing and rodeo.
I mention those things because it’s hard to find others on social media communities who share these interests.
