Hi, I Just joined. Cardiologist said more exercise for me and watch what I eat so here I am. I weighed 388 lbs over 6 years ago and got down to 267. I held at that for a long time but my job changed 6 months ago from walking 8 miles a shift to a sitting position. Silly me did not cut back on eating and did not exercise. On top of that, I had a hernia I just got repaired. I am currently at 284 but my goal is to get back down to 218. That is the weight I was at when my twin's fraternal boy and a girl were born. I am determined to get back to that weight before they graduate next year. Looking forward to this new site. In the past many years ago I used Livestrong but trying something new this time around.
