I’m Rebekah. I am a 49 year old, 5’1” female who weighs way more than I want to.
7/22: 190#
My first day in the challenge AND tracking anything. Gotta start somewhere.
7/23: 190#
Didn’t expect any change within one day. Today was an active rest day with a 40 minute Yoga flow with Cole Change (YogaTX) and going on a walk with my dogs, Yuma Jean and Josey Wales.
7/24: 189.4#
Started the morning of at 5:30 with a 15 minute stationary bike. Ate well throughout the day, and finished the evening with a weight training session. All in all—a good day.
