Myfitnesspal & Fitbit problem

I signed up for the Premium Program on Myfitnesspal about 2 days ago. I have been trying since then to sinc/connect myfitnesspal to my fitbit app and for some reason I cannot get them to connect. I am also not getting any of my notifications/texts on my Versa 3. I don't know what I going on. When I try to connect the two apps I get this screen...see picture and for some reason I CANNOT un-check the box. Can somebody PLEASE help me!!! Thank you!!!m32er3dttv5l.jpg
