Hey so just a little info...I became a veg. for absolutely no reason other than to see if I could do it and I have so far with no problems or even cravings for 5 months. I have discovered that meat isn't everything in a meal and that I really don't need it every day.
But now I'm tired of being so restricted when eating out) so the question is....Chicken...shrimp..or.. fish...maybe even scallops??? (no red meat or pork though!)
what should it be? any recipes/ meal ideas?

I would go with chicken or fish.. but dont eat a lot of it because it can make you sick when you havent had it for awhile.0

I'd go with scallops because scallops are the yummiest.0

I'd go for fish.. it's healthier!0

Fish. Something light. Maybe tilapia? It's easy to cook and wouldn't feel too heavy. Go slow!0
