Hi its been a long time since i last logged on here and a lot has changed in my life and ive learned alot about myself and my body and mind over the 3 years since ive last logged on.
1) your mental health is just as important as your physical and without a happy nurturing environment you will never be in the right frame of mind to love yourself and your body how you need to.
2) your weight is going to go up and well as down and thats absolutely okay and normal. Dont get upset by the numbers and instead go more on how you feel..how your clothes look...your measurements. I used to have melt downs over the scale not moving how i wanted it to without realising that infact my body was getting smaller!
3) life is too short to be in a unhappy relationship. I spent 18 years in an abusive relationship in survival mode and breaking free from that was the hardest and most rewarding thing ive ever done and ive found that now im happier and calmer im not comfort eating myself to an early grave. If your in that situation no matter how scary it seems please leave and find peace ❤️
Anyway its been a slow process for me ive lost 50lbs over 2 years however most of it has been in the last 12 months. I dont have many full body pictures from before but i do have my 'me360' body scans...i reccomend anyone to use this or a similar app its much more encouraging than the scales 🙌🏽
And ill post the pictures when i figure out how to do it on my phone 😂

Good for you taking control of your life! Too many people stay in abusive relationships out of fear. My granddaughter has been in one for the past 5 years. Not physical abuse, but mental. She's gained a lot of weight and now feels that nobody would want her. I want her to read your post. Congratulations to you on teh life changes you've made. It can only keep getting better!! Yoou are very lovely.2
