What mindset do you maintain as you wait to reach your weight goal?

“That which you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is that which you will experience in your life”…
Basically, I maintain the focus on my goals. I’m not waiting, I’m envisioning, I’m doing, I’m creating.. long term health is the goal, healthy weight is a symptom of healthy living..3 -
Not sure if I understand your question. Mindset? I just focus on my habits, such as logging, exercising consistently...
I don't 'wait' for anything, lots to do, time will pass regardless 🙂2 -
Life was happening, so I mostly paid attention to that. Along side, I just followed my normal routine of logging, sticking to my calorie goal the overwhelming majority of days, doing fun exercise and eating those calories, too. Habits. Habits didn't seem to require a mindset, at least not in the way I think of a mindset.
Early in weight loss, when I was figuring things out, there was more of a "science fair experiment" mindset, trying to determine what was going to work for me long term. Later, mostly just habits. Year 7+ of maintenance now, still mostly the same: Habits.2
