Fasting question

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
Evening all,

Quick one just tried to start the intermittent fasting plan but when I put in a start time of 14:00 it says finish time of 3am…. Not quite 18:6 😂 any ideas on a fix? Seems you can not change the finish time just the start

    Check to be sure the starting and ending dates are correct. I’ve also found that you cannot specify an end time that is greater than the current time.

    I worked it out im a idiot...the start time is the start of the fast not the 8 hour eating window as i assumed thanks for the reply!
