GAINING WEIGHT FROM STRESS

Hi y'all!

In the past few weeks or so I quit going to the gym, I got sick the following week, and under all the stress.. I start emotional eating. I am a BIG emotional eater by the way and when I don't go to the gym, I can gain a lot of weight or body fat especially if I'm miserable.

This is a calling to ALL those PEOPLE who are in the same situation as me.... Those who GAINED WEIGHT from emotional/stressful eating.. AND NOW want to reclaim their life back and GET BACK INTO SHAPE.....
PEOPLE who have gained weight during their "break" AND NOW want to lose it....
