Hi everyone!
Hope everyone is doing great!
I am looking for a good multi vitamin for me to take daily. But I am looking just to take 1 only. Can anyone recommend a good vitamin.
Thank you in advance

There's no need to take a multivitamine if you have a half varied diet. Actually, the quality of ingredients in most multivitamins is in the poorest and poorly absorbed forms, of such low dose that it does nothing, and some minerals/vitamins prevent others to be absorbed. Also, in some cases, taking a multivitamine might getting diagnosed for an actual deficiency impossible, vitamin b12 is one such: will raise serum levels to rule out deficiency, but will not do anything against an actual deficiency. If you have some diagnosed deficiencies then act on that with prescribed products in the right dosage, if you're vegan then there are some you need to take, otherwise no need, really.2
