Time for a change

Im new to this app, it's time for a change! Im in northwest Ohio any advice is welcome. Im 293lbs with a goal weight if 230!

    Welcome @jckp0714! Suggest best way to get started is to start logging your food in the “diary”.
    Also, at bottom of screen you should see “Plans”: scroll down to “MyfFitness Pal 101”. This will give you daily tips on how to use the app, especially shortcuts on how to log food. . I found lit super-helpful when I started.

    Advice? Show up. You can do it all here in MFP. But you gotta log in tomorrow, and Friday, and especially Saturday and Sunday. You get it, right?
