How do you add a TRX class to your exercise???

I don't know TRX very well, but I assume it is strength oriented, not cardio. So, while it is likely very good for fitness, immediate calorie burn is on the low side. If I have that right, I'd add it as
Calisthenics (pushups, sit-ups), vigorous effort
-or-
Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort
Which one you pick is up to you. Note that you can pretty much tell how hard you are working by checking your heart rate.0 -
Agree with @Jthanmyfitnesspal. I'd probably go with the lower-calorie option of those two, but mainly because I tend to be conservative in estimating exercise calories if I'm uncertain. Some of the MFP estimates, though research-based, have some flaws IMO, too - usually in the direction of overestimating.1
