Newbie thinking about 5:2

Hi All
Have got my calories calculated and am thinking about doing 5:2, did it a few years ago, great results, are you able to use mfp to log re 5:2, I cant see how to set it up, it's probably staring right at me lol

Unless you pay for Premium, your calorie and macro Goal will be set the same every day. Only on Premium can you set custom daily calorie or nutrient goals.
You can still log higher and lower days, and you can look at your weekly totals if that helps you.
There is no need to click "Complete this entry" at the end of the day, it does nothing to affect weekly totals or Reports.

You can set custom calorie goals with basic, but they'll be the same every day. Unless you change then every day.0
