Weight loss isn't about your work. It's about how you feed yourself and calorie balance (CICO). While stress can play havok with your hormones some, if you're eating right and in the right amounts, you should still lose weight.

I struggle mightily with not only work schedule, but with heaps of free delicious food available at work. I do great at home - getting in exercise, eating fresh garden produce and carefully measuring out every gram that crosses my lips. Then I go to work with a wildly varying schedule and people circling about offering chocolate, ice cream and afternoon frappuccinos. It's like trying to tread water in a hurricane.2
