Walkers what is your step goal for each day, and what is your bmi?

Do you go on hikes/tramps in the weekend, or aim for more steps on your days off? what other activities do you do for exercise?

    13K a day and I'm 29 in BMI. But because of muscle, it totally throws off how I'm supposed to look at almost an obese setting in BMI. Many 30 year old men would kill to have my body at their age.

    I'm nearly 34 and most people assume I'm under 20 because of my face.
