How To Add Friends On App

in MyFitnessPal Tech Support Questions
I just updated my app, but it doesn’t give me the option to add people on this app. I’m using an iPhone, can anyone please help? Thank you!!!

    I have iPhone you click on someone’s name and copy then goto friends tab on app and you can paste it under email and then you have to put your name and send invite
