4th time to get it right?

I'm 2 weeks into my 4th occasion losing weight having ballooned to an all time high of 280.
In 2007 I went down to 210 from 266.
In 2013 I went down again to 210 from around 260.
In 2019 I got down to 224 through taking up running but a bad achilles injury stopped that and I've been in bad old habits since.
So I'm back on MFP for the 4th time but this time I intend to keep it when I reach my goal of 210. I've always been fortunate in that I find losing weight the easy part - it's maintenance where I lose my discipline and think an extra few calories here and there won't hurt and before I know it i'm up 7lbs in 3 weeks or so.
Based in London it'll be good to speak to a few familiar and new faces.
