    I'm not sure what "best" means - that tends to be individual.

    Fastest would probably be some kind of protein shake or smoothie (or protein bar), but I don't personally care for those taste-wise and enjoyment-wise. My personal quick-breakfast compromise is peanut butter on an Ezekiel pita plus a glass of kefir, and coffee with a lot of skim milk (which is how I like it best).

    You could consider some food-prep options like high-protein overnight oats, breakfast burritos that you make in batches and freeze then microwave in the AM, freezing mini frittatas or egg muffins ahead and microwaving, eating hard-boiled eggs, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, etc. You can find recipes for that sort of thing via web search, via Pinterest, or in the recipe section of the MFP blogs.     Keep in mind that you can eat any food at breakfast, not just "breakfast food".
