Just joined MFP. I was in noom during the pandemic and was really able to concentrate on it. I was off work for a couple months and still did good with noom after I was back. I can't remember my exact starting weight, I think I was in the 210+ range (200-teens). Was down to about 170 after a year and decided I could quit noom. They even admit they didn't want you to stay on noom forever. So I do give them a lot of credit for what they do and highly recommend their program. It's just that it's geared towards millennial women, but get it's cool, that's their main base.
Anyways, I've crept up slowly but in typical noom fashion I am giving myself some grace and not letting it get me down.
Just weighed this morning for the first time in awhile and am just under 180.
So I mainly plan on remembering what I concentrated on with noom. I think I'll start with daily weighing and watching the unhealthy snacking.
Noomsters on a Facebook page were saying this is a good alternative to the free noom app.
