I might be wrong but why are my % values off on everything?

I enter everything daily and have been worried about too much fat and want my goals to be P50,F40,C10. Based on the app it’s not even close but when looking at actual values the math is off by a lot. Is there a emsetting I need to fix or is this happening for everyone.

The percentage on MFP relates to the number of calories, not grams. Fat has 9 calories per gram, protein and carbs 4.
And why worried about high fat? Unless you're consuming a lot of saturated fat (and even then, not everyone seems to agree) you don't need to worry. Your carbs are very low, so it's logical that your fat percentage is higher to reach your calorie goal.1
