Back on MFP

I am trying to get back to health habits again. Losing weight is part of the plan but reminder is being mindful and achieving the goals.

I have used MFP on and off again. When I am on it, I definitely do better.

It would be good to have support and accountability through the process.

My aim is to focus on losing 80lbs next 6-8 months. Once I have reached that goals. I will be able to decide what is next.
