In a small cast iron skillet:
1/4 cup of Amish unpopped popcorn
3 seconds of carlini canola oil spray
About 1 tsp of ghost pepper sprinkled on top of the kernels
Cook
MyFitnessPal tells me this is about 184 calories. Nothing fancy but, really tasty, quick and has very low calories. Make sure you have a bottle of water with you to wash it down and lower the ghost pepper heat taste!

A skillet? Wouldn't the kernels fly everywhere? I've heard of lots of ways to make popcorn, but never heard of using a skillet.1

Do they sell cast iron lids? I have lids for some of my stainless pans, but haven’t ever seen them on cast iron skillets. My cast iron is all from my grandmothers though, so not sure lids had been invented back then 😆0 -
My husband says thank you. ❤️0
