Allow Use of Barcode When Creating a New Food or Meal

It appears that the Barcode feature is only available when adding a direct food to a meal type such as Breakfast, Lunch, etc. It might be nice to allow the Barcode to be used when adding My Food items or creating a Meal.

Premium users should currently have the ability to use the Barcode Scanner when creating a new Meal or Recipe.
