I'm new to MFP. I have recently lost 50 lbs. I am working to maintain my current weight, by tracking what I eat. I am interested in starting to exercise. Looking for tips, tricks, and advice. 55/m/.

Exercise?
Find something fun, or at least tolerable and practical. Exercise we enjoy doing is much more likely to happen, so is much more beneficial, than some theoretically ideal exercise that we procrastinate and skip with the slightest excuse. There are dozens of options.
Bonus points if there's something that gets your heart rate up a little, and something that challenges your current strength.
I'm F, 67. I row (boats when I can, machines when I must) and bike (paved trails in Summer, stationary in Winter) as my main activities. I mix in some other things like strength training, yoga, longer walks, etc., at times. Works for me.
There are people here who do all kinds of things, at all kinds of ages. Common ones are running, swimming, strength training, calisthenics, various kinds of aerobics-type stuff, cycling . . . .
What sound fun to you? Try that!0
