Hi there everyone,
I have used MyFitnessPal since August 22 but only dipped in and out as I was using other food/excercise programs. But recently I have been using MyFitnessPal on a regular basis.
My journey so far is I've lost 35lbs I'm eating better, exercising much more, looking after my mental, physical and emotional health. End goal to create the best version of myself I possibly can.
Love to hear inspirational stories especially from women who are struggling with their weight while going through menopause.
