Small goals add up

In July, I worked on my mindset and worked on identifing food triggers and bad habits. The biggest was boredom. When I sit at home, I want to eat. So less sitting! In July I worked on my water intake. I think I maxed myself out and cut back a bit. Hovering around 300 lbs, I don't think the calculator works right for how much I should be drinking. It was way too much. I felt nauseuos and had headaches until I cut back.
Now it's August. I'm mentally ready and committed to my health. I have made a chart to x off days. Set daily goals and goals for the month. I have my weigh in days and measurement days set on my cal. I have mantras posted. I am logging and planning food. I'm where I need to be with water. Next week is work travel - let's ensure I'm ready for that! ideas?
