seeking encouragement

hello! i’m Joelle, 34 years old and mainly here to help establish accountability around some lifestyle changes. please add me if you’re also seeking support and encouragement on this journey!

i have a couple autoimmune diseases that i would like to address with the autoimmune protocol (AIP), proper sleep, exercise and stress management. it’s a big overhaul and i don’t want to accidentally starve myself on the elimination part of the AIP, plus i liked this app years ago.

awhile back i started intermittent fasting, i’m going to continue fasting from 7:30pm to 11:30am.

i’m 5’5” and 208 lbs. i’m not too concerned around my goal weight # but i seem to like the 150-155 lb range, however i’m just gonna see where this path leads me, but i will keep track of weight for progress.

i’m more concerned about eating the most nutrient dense foods and avoiding the big baddies, like sugar, processed meats, dairy, etc. to cut down on all the inflammation in my body.
