Gym Routine for Beginner HELP

Good afternoon everyone,

I have been searching for a workout routine to do at the gym online but i dont know what to choose or what to do.

Please HELP.

    If you're looking for strength exercise, there are various programs recommended by other MFP-ers discussed in this thread:

    Despite the title, it does include some bodyweight programs that require no or minimal equipment.

    For cardio . . . try things out, see what you enjoy the most, or at least tolerate the most easily. (I row boats and ride my bike, when possible, which isn't even gym at all - rowing machine and stationary bike in Winter at home. Other people like other things.)
